The
Auburn University School of Veterinary Medicine offers Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts
opportunities for Advancement during their annual open house. Cub Scouts can work
to earn Wildlife Conservation while Boy Scouts can work to earn their Veterinary
Medicine Merit Badge. REGISTRATION CLOSES AT 10am SHARP
for MB work. Come earlier for best results.
Picnic lunch will be available, burgers, hot dogs etc. Cost is $5.
Boy Scouts
will need to bring blue cards signed by their Scoutmaster and completed with their
name, date of the event, which MB they are working on, their address, etc. to
the event and plan to spend several hours on the activities. The Merit Badge counselor
for the event is Logan Botzman, 270-293-2591, ljb0005@auburn.edu. Units
who can provide adult leadership are encouraged to do so to help their scouts
achieve their goals and help with event efficiency. Cub scouts should be accompanied
by a parent or leader. Class A or B uniform required.
