Note On School Nights

During the end of August and throughout September, over 1500 boys will become Scouts in the 15 counties served by the Chattahoochee Council. Units that participate in these events will see an increase not just in youth membership, but also in adult leaders. It is imperative that all units know the plan for School Night for Scouting. A School Night for Scouting Training will therefore be held in each district. Check with your District Executive for the date. History has demonstrated that units attending the School Night Training are more successful than units who do not. At the training you will receive the date of your School Night, the responsibilities of each job and will learn about some sure-fire ideas to improve your results. Make every effort to have your unit represented at the School Night for Scouting Training this year.
