Note On Thunder in the Valley Airshow

The Thunder in the Valley is one of the Chattahoochee Council's BIGGEST events each year. Not only is this a great opportunity for your family to have fun together, it is also a great opportunity for your Scouting unit. Each unit may set up a booth at the event to show off the exciting things they do-this is a chance to demonstrate how cool Scouting is and it is a great recruiting tool! Selling tickets prior to the event is always a successful fundraiser, as well as a chance to earn prizes and patches. Even Explorers and Venturers can participate: the Council is always in need of volunteers for the event. Remember that all volunteers and Scouts in uniform gain free admission to the event that day!
