A professional Scouter or other council employee may not receive this award based on employment service. However, a professional Scouter or employee who also serves as a volunteer Scouter may be eligible, based on volunteer service.

Susan Sullivanne is the Cubmaster of Pack 800 in Auburn that meets at Parkway Baptist Church and was Cubmaster of the Year in 2006. Susan is pack trainger for Pack 800 and is also the 2007-2008 Assistant District Training Chair and has trained over 50 scout leaders in 2006 and 2007. She has been selected as Twilight Camp Activities Director for summer 2007. Susan has worked tirelessly to promote scouting in the Saugahatchee District. She's sold a ton of popcorn and was top seller for two years running 2007-2007 with over $50,000 in sales in her Unit. She and is working on Woodbadge beads, which she should earn early next year. She's a proud mother of her own scouting family which includes an Eagle Scout.
