Info When you arrive, you can drive to the site, drop
off your equipment but then you must return your vehicle to the parking lot near
headquarters. The general store on-site sells snacks, t-shirts, and coops of ice.
It is 16 miles to Wal-Mart, so plan well! Reserve your campsite
a couple months or more in advance. At each campsite, there are covered pavilions
with picnic tables, lights and ceiling fans, as well as bathroom facilities for
men and women with showers. There are multiple families at each campsite area,
so prepare to have lots of patience, especially at night.
