2008-09 Pack Meetings:

Below you will find information about each Pack Meeting for the 2008-09 Pack year as the information is available.

Forms: We will need your scout to have certain forms, permission and otherwise filled out for certain events, and we'll post those forms here for you to fill out and bring to a meeting to turn in prior to the event, or with you to the event, whichever is required.

Directions:
We will post directions to each event, but each person is responsible for knowing where they are going prior to the event. Call the event coordinator if you have trouble following our directions.

Dress: Appropriate dress will be indicated for each event. Class A uniform is preferred for all Pack meetings. Pack t-shirts are usually suitable for outdoor activities and some field trips.

What to bring: Each activity will have a list of what to bring. See the flyer for each event. Always bring a good attitude and a scout spirit!

Cost: Cost for each event will obviously depend on the event. Some events will be free, some events will be paid for by your Pack Fee or monthly dues. Other events will require you to pay additionally, such as admission fees, transportation costs, food etc. You will have the opportunity to make up for a lot of your expenses by selling popcorn in our popcorn campaign. What to bring: Bring new scouts to sign up if they didn't make it to the roundup at Dean Road School. Also bring a notepad, pen for forms, and pencil so you go home with all the information necessary to have a great scout experience and the names and phone numbers and emails of fellow scouters.

Dress: Scout Uniform if available, casual dress if not.

Cost: This meeting is free. We will be discussing Pack Fees and Dues and the option to sell popcorn to offset yearly costs to parents.

Forms: Bring your registration form if you are a new scout and have not turned it in with the $4.25 for Council Registration fee. We will be handing out several forms for parents to sign at this meeting including Photo release forms. We will also provide general and specific information handouts for the pack and pack/distrtict/council events.
