August Roundtable 2007:

Program Leader:
Ted McMurtrie, Saugatchee District Chairman
Alan Spencer, District Executive for Saugahatchee District

Program:

1. Introduction of new Distict Executive, Alan Spencer, a veteran DE.

2. 2006-2007 Year Program Launch:

At the August Roundtable, leaders will gather to receive packets of information for the new 2007-2008 year. Ted McMurtrie will open the meeting and introduce new District Executive Alan Spencer.

Ted McMurtrie, District Commissioner, Al Spencer, District Commissioner, Michael Clay, Training Chairman, Julie Stanley, Activities Chairman and Ron Fordham Communications and Publicity Chairman, will introduce the year's calendar events for the District. Empasis will be put on Roundup dates and training, Yearly planning for units, Popcorn Kickoff and Leader Training. Most of the year's events will be announced in the flyer packs and some discussion over dates and details where a few date discrepencies and conflicts will be ironed out.

We look for a great year of growth and great experience for scouts, parents and leaders.
