January Roundtable:

Program: Scouting for Food, Woodbadge

The January Roundtable will feature Alan Spencer awarding Susan Sullivanne, Pack 800, and Shane Blanton, Pack 356, popcorn achievement plaques. Susan and Shane were top in the District and number 2 and 3 in the Chattahoochee Council. Their totals were separated by only $85 with Pack 800 coming out barely ahead.

Troop 15 Scoutmaster Todd Sandt gave a great presentation on the Woodbadge Program and it's history, plus Susan Sullivanne, Pack 800, receiving her Woodbadge Beads in a special ceremony involving many Woodbadge executives and visitors. Also Todd gave information about the upcoming Freeze-o-ree.

Scouting for Food was introduced by Ted McMurtrie and bags distributed. Locations for each unit to participate were assigned based on a District area map, and food drive goals addressed. Each scout is asked to collect his weight in food or more for 2008.
